Shipping policy

We ship to the UK and many areas of Europe.

Our products are made to order, with over 97% of orders dispatched within 48 hours from our on-demand facilities in the UK, Europe, and occasionally the USA. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the Postal and Courier services for your destination.

We generally estimate delivery to take 5-15 working days, though it often arrives sooner. For example, UK orders from our UK warehouse typically arrive in 5-7 days. If your order contains multiple items, they might be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with a tracking link containing information for that order. You will receive updates at every stage of the process with more accurate delivery timescales, including tracking numbers.
